Hypnobirthing: Can I Do It?

This is a very common question Tracey is asked after revealing she used the Hypnobirthing technique to have a PAIN-FREE and DRUG-FREE childbirth.... She actually describes the feeling of childbirth as "Walking On Cloud 9".

    Thanks for sharing the awesome power of hypnosis for childbirth with the world! I used hypnosis for my last 2 births and it was great!

    Used Hypnobirthing with my son who was born in March 09. Incredible unmedicated waterbirth in the hospital. An experience I will always cherish. Thanks for spreading the word... I wish more women understood how wonderful birth CAN be :)
